Splurge vs. Steal: Skinny Cargo Pants
I have been eying these J Brand Cargo pants for months now, but I just can't justify spending over $200.00 for jeans ($200.00 is my max, heehee). So, imagine my excitement when I saw almost identical cargo pants in the new Delia's catalog, for a fourth of the price of J Brand! The fashion Gods were listening :)
